Memphis in May

Oncle Jed’s Iberico Acres Global Barbecue team is proud to announce we will be competing at the worlds famous ” Memphis In May” Barbecue Competion taking place May 14th through the 17th at Liberty Park in Midtown Memphis.

We will be competing in the “Whole Hog Category, as well as Exotic, and Pork Rib ancillary categories as well. Come on out and enjoy all the festivities that this fantastic event has to offer!
