Unlike traditional online meat retailers, we raise a limited number of animals each year. Membership allows us to plan responsibly, maintain the highest standards of animal welfare, and offer complete transparency from genetics to harvest.

How the Program Works
1. Join the Membership List
Membership is free and places you on our priority notification list for upcoming livestock share opportunities.
2. Receive Harvest Announcements
Members are notified before the public when Iberico pork shares and specialty cut releases become available.
3. Reserve Your Share
When harvest allocations open, members may reserve available shares based on current production schedules and availability.
4. Farm-to-Table Delivery
Animals are raised on our farm, processed under USDA inspection, and prepared for delivery or pickup according to your selected share program.

Our Iberico pigs descend from documented Spanish genetic foundations and are raised on rotational pasture systems designed to encourage natural foraging behavior and exceptional meat quality.

Membership Is Free — And Availability Is Limited
We raise a small number of animals each year. When a harvest window opens, members are notified first — often before any public announcement is made. Joining the membership list costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It simply ensures you’re in the room when availability is released.
